The Premium Sleep Plan is designed for families who want a personalized sleep solution along with two weeks of ongoing support to ensure smooth implementation and success.

As a fully certified, insured, and DBS-checked sleep consultant, and a mum myself. I understand the struggles of sleepless nights and scattered naps first hand. Like many parents, I faced challenges with my baby's sleep, and my mission is to help families break free from this cycle without waiting until your baby is 1, 2, or even 4 years old to sleep through the night.

My goal is to transform the lives of parents by providing them with the tools and support they need to enjoy restful nights. With the right approach, I can help your baby learn to self-settle and sleep through the night. Healthy sleep habits can be introduced as early as 8 weeks, and I’m here to guide you every step of the way.
